Life comes with aches and pains along the way. Sports injuries, work injuries, I don't know what-the-heck happened injuries, cause pain and imbalance in our lives. Call it growing old, wear and tear, or life in general, what we have done and experienced in our lives has an affect on our aging. AGL wants to help make aging less painful and more productive. 

Our goal is to treat and to teach ways to get life back into balance. 

Dr. Flickinger is a PhD nurse practitioner with practical experience in the wellness industry. She has been an NP for over 20 years and an RN before that. Her PhD studies were in traumatic stress and resilience. She is certified in functional medicine, massage therapy, and is one of the few certified in ANSR manual ligament therapy developed by Arik Gohl.  

Her personal experience with chronic pain led her to the discovery of the ANSR method and the desire to bring it  to those in need and those who want to  learn.

Case Flickingerglieden MMT, is the CEO of our company. He is a 6 year veteran of the US Navy and he served as a Corpsman for the 110 Marine unit out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. His heart and mission are for the military veterans. 

He too, has study under Erik Gohl and has personal experience in the healing touch of ANSR. He is passionate about offering the education and treatment of ANSR to his fellow veterans who experience the imbalance of everyday life and the aches and pains it causes.
